Boil water to 100 O C and pour into a small teapot, or single serve mug with strainer
Add 1 tsp of Bombay Chai to a teapot or mug, let it brew for 3-4 minutes depending on desired intensity. Pour the tea through a strainer into a mug (if using a small teapot) or, remove the strainer from the mug to stop the brewing process.
Heat the milk in a microwave or saucepan. If you have a frothing machine, froth the milk
Add 2 tsp of honey, or preferred sweetener to the tea, followed by the frothy milk and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder
