I need more information regarding your coin products and collections, how do I contact someone to discuss?

How can I find out when my order will be shipped?

We do our best to ensure that the shipping of your purchase will be made as soon as possible, Depending on your location the transit time for shipments can vary. You can see the full list of countries and related delivery times by clicking here

We will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible, but in some case there can be delays beyond our control. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an automatic notification to the email address used when placing your order confirming the item has been shipped and providing you with the courier tracking reference. Please note all our coins are shipped fully insured and may require a signature and/or proof of identity depending on the value.

I recently placed an order but have not received any confirmation?

When placing an order you will receive an automatic notification confirming your order has been received. In some case this email may be filtered by your email provider to a junk folder so please check this first. If you still require assistance, you can contact us by email on [email protected] and one of the team will reissue the confirmation by email.

How do you keep my data secure?

The East India Company Bullion uses Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code to ensure the highest level of security possible for our customers. These initiatives have been introduced to help protect your card against unauthorised use by allowing you to set-up a personal password.

Once registered, this offers you greater protection when online shopping, and reduces the unauthorised use of your card on the Internet. For further information on these schemes, please see the Visa and Mastercard websites.


May I still order from this site if I live outside the UK?

Yes. We ship to customers in most countries across the world. You can find our full shipping policy including delivery time and costs by location HERE

Please be aware orders shipping to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not cover these costs and it is your responsibility to cover these. They are typically payable once the order arrives at its destination. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding imports costs before you purchase.

Unfortunately legal tender coins cannot be shipped to delivery addresses in India due to local restrictions regarding the importation of legal tender. If you need assistance, please contact us on [email protected] and the team will be happy to help you with any enquiries.

What is The East India Company’s Returns Policy and how do I return, or exchange items purchased online?

We want all our customers to be delighted with their purchases. However, you have a 30 day cooling off period in which to return the good for a refund or replacement. Should you wish to return an item or to find our more about our Returns Policy please click HERE

Please note that all items need to be returned in their original presentation boxes with certificate, booklets and collateral.

I live abroad and would like to purchase coins from The East India Company
Can you advise if there is a local coin dealer in my area who stocks your coins?

We work in close partnership with carefully selected Authorised Distributors across the world and we can usually find a distributor in your area. Please email us at [email protected] to contact our sales team who will be happy to help advise you.


I want to purchase but I live in India and this is not offered as an option on the delivery address page. How can I buy?

Unfortunately, EIC are unable to ship legal tender coins for customers with a delivery address in India. This is due to local restrictions in the region which forbid the movement of currency in and out of the country. We are closely monitoring this situation and hope to be able to offer product to customers in India if restrictions change in the future.

The East India Company has a collection of old Company coins which we may offer for sale from time to time. We are always interested in coins from our history and happy to receive information. We work with trusted coin dealers internationally to source old East India Company coins.
