To ensure our coins reach you in perfect condition and as quickly and safely as possible we ship via registered post or UPS depending on your location.
The following shipping charges apply by territory:

Collect in Store
You can also choose to collect your order at our Mayfair store: 7 – 8 Conduit Street, London W1S 2XF
Please note local duties and taxes (if applicable) are payable by the customer.
Delivery to store
You can have your order sent to the EIC Flagship Store in Mayfair, London, UK.
For security purposes, the person who placed the order must collect it from the store and must take along the payment card used to pay for the order, together with the order number. If you ordered a gift for someone else, they cannot collect the order. Your order must be collected from the store within 14 days.
Delivery to store is free on all orders.
In general, your order will be ready for collection between 4 and 8 working days. We will email you when your order has been processed. We will email you again when your order is be ready for collection.
For purchases from outside the UK, import duties and taxes or equivalent may be due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Goods are ordered/delivered. The recipient will be responsible for the payment of all these charges. We cannot accept any responsibility for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.
If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the buyer of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.
Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. We cannot also be held accountable for delays in Custom Clearance.

Please note, we do not ship to PO Box, BFPO, APO and FPO addresses. We also do not offer delayed or named day deliveries. Once your order is placed it will be fulfilled and despatched within the timelines specified in the table above. For large orders, you may receive a call from our Customer Services team as other charges may apply.
